Appointing Masters Handbook

The ACAM Benchbook has for years collected and organized invaluable information to judges and lawyers regarding the best use of special masters. Our civil justice system needs the services that judicial adjuncts can provide the courts, parties, and the public. This benchbook explains how special masters can be used to fulfill our mission to provide a just, speedy, and inexpensive determination for all disputes. We encourage you to tell the judges in your area about its availability and usefulness.

The ACAM Benchbook is available free of charge. You can download your own copy, 3-hole punch it, and place it in a binder or view and download sections as described below.
